Receiving Your Application
When we receive your feedback, you will be notified that your application has been received.

Evaluation of Your Application
The Feedback Management System Administrator examines your submitted feedback in detail and directs it to the relevant unit for resolution of the problem.

Redirection to Relevant Units
Your feedback will be forwarded to the most relevant units and the solution process will be initiated.

Obtaining Responses from Relevant Units
When the evaluations made by the relevant units are completed, solution suggestions or responses are received.

Responding to You
Once the feedback process is complete, we will send you our responses and let you know how the process went.
